As the drawing illustrated: this is a carbon steel weld neck flange made from ASTM A694 F65 materials. The internal surface of flange bore and the connecting face of flange are lined with a titanium sleeve (A) of 3 mm thickness and a titanium ring (B) of 10 mm respectively. The lining is furnished by continuous silver-alloy brazing at two positions. The titanium lining material is produced in accordance with ASTM B265 grade 1.
